- Please be advised that all programs must be paid in full PRIOR TO THE START OF THAT PROGRAM. Payments can be made on-line using a credit card, or can be paid in cash or by check through our office. DO NOT PAY THE INSTRUCTOR as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen payments. Payments by check should be made payable to Goshen Recreation and can be mailed to our office located at Village Hall 276 Main Street Goshen, NY 10924.
- If you must cancel a program that has been already paid for, there will be a $7.00 cancellation/refund fee automatically deducted from your refund. This is what we are charged to process your refund request through CMI.
